To remove the cushion cover, start by removing the "J" plastic fastener on the door side of the seat. This, of course, must be precluded by the removal of the back. Then cut all the "C" rings that hold the rest of the perimeter. Then peel back the cover and cut the "C" rings holding the two 3" wires on the short listings up front. Invert the seat and cut the remaing rings on the underneath holding wires and listing. There is also a "pull" across the center of the insert that has 3 or 4 rings.

Install in reverse fashion. Nissan did not use the triangular shaped "hog" rings more commonly used by the domestic industry. Those are thicker and more bulky, although they may work if you choose to use them.

Grainger sells the righ stuff, rings and tool.
